Bored Ape Yacht Club Avatars
The Bored Ape Yacht Club Avatars is a full set of of the BAYC NFT collection delivered as playable 3D avatars.
Problem Statement: As a creative and technology web3 brand company, need to have a system for delivering animated 3D assets of NFTs to use across a deep and rich spectrum of media experiences.
Scope: Partnered with Technical Directors to build an avatars program and system to manage the creation of 3D avatars built from thousands of NFT traits. Managed partnership with multiple vendors to model, rig and pose collection of 10k Bored Apes.
Results: Established tech pipeline for the build, assembly and delivery of a full set of BAYC 3D avatars that have been used by holders in multiple live play experiences.
